My take on the Sony WH-CH520

I typically just throw them in my backpack and carry them wherever I go. Audio quality wise, I think they are fine ( I got them on sale for around $30). They're definitely not audiophile level, but for the price, they have a deep, warm and punchy bass response, without drowning the mids, like vocals. They could absolutely work on tuning the higher frequencies, as the high end can come off a bit sharp in some tracks. It can be bit ear piercing without much shimmer to the high notes (I mainly listen to EDM music). Other than that the battery life of these headphones is amazing. I've used them for a whole week of gym sessions and at the end of the week they still had over 50% battery life remaining. For this price point, you can't ask for everything, but Sony sure has delivered a great overall package!

Great Headset at Excellent Price

Usually one of three of her favorite songs, repeatedly, and as all of us in her family support her in her musical inclinations, this headset looked like it would work well for our favorite audiophile. Most headsets that I have purchased in the past have been child-sized, as many of the adult versions would not fit her head well. The cushions on the ears are very soft and thus far, she has worn and respected the headset well (meaning she hasn’t worn them for a short period of time and taken them off and tossed them somewhere). These are Bluetooth and connect easily to her iPad. I did have to download the Sony app onto her iPad, but I’m not sure if I really needed to do so for what purpose this headphone serves (no microphone used).
