When I first purchased I realized they were not loud and I can hear everything around me if I am somewhere. Also about 3 weeks later one side sounds lower than the other or not working and some days it sounds normal. So now I’m stuck with these since I’m out of the return or exchange policy. Really sucks as I would like to just exchange for another Sony model as I loved my 1st Sony headphones which made me get another pair when I lost them. Sadly, only plus is battery life!

They do not cancel ANY outside noise and figuring it if they are in or off is obnoxious. It takes me 2-3 attempts to turn them on and again to turn them off, the notification light doesn’t seem to light up or flash is a way that it makes sense. I might evenly catch on, but not exactly beginner user friendly.

My teenage son wears these and he can’t hear a thing when i call him from another room. Unfortunately they do break pretty easy.
