Regarding your concern about the connection stability, it might be helpful to ensure that both the firmware of the WH-CH520 and the “Sony | Headphones Connect” app are updated to the latest versions.

To enhance the Bluetooth connection stability, make sure your headset is fully charged, keep the devices within a close range with no large obstacles or electronic interference and ensure that the headset is paired correctly through the app.
