Doesn't work great for noise cancelling had to buy the Bose which is exceptional. The sound is OK but for noise canceling not recommendable.

Honestly, as an elite plus member my advice to you is to spend your money elsewhere. Excellent product, just the retailer itself has no real perks to offer you. I've spent thousands of dollars at this company and got hung up on the phone with a representative while trying to order a product they failed to notify is back in stock. Be smarter than me, take your business elsewhere. I actually returned this one and found it cheaper on Amazon.

Like any other Bluetooth headphones now, connection is easy. It is very light though! When the headphones are on, the ear cushions are so comfortable. At first, I thought the lightness and the fit will make the sound a little less engaging because of it feeling less snug (compared to usual headphones) but the sound is really punchy-- even the bass is heavy, which is a good thing. For something this light and comfortable, I'm surprised how the sound quality is pretty good. I'm not sure if it's only the eq settings though but it does lack a little bit of clarity-- there's some sort of muffled quality. Don't get me wrong, the sound is still good, the sound is just more on the deeper end with some fuziness (vs crisp). Using it as a phone was good, I didn't see any issues, especially with the distance of the headphones from the phone of about 15 feet. I like it!

For it to be a Sony product, it felt very cheaply made and the sound quality sounded very airy and not what I would expect from a company like Sony

Hi, Dayquan, To experience the better audio quality and the noise canceling effect, make sure to adjust the earpad position to fit your ears and the NC feature is turned on. The noise canceling function is effective in low-frequency ranges such as airplanes, trains, offices, near air-conditioning, and is not as effective for higher frequencies, such as human voices. We will forward your feedback to the relevant team. -Vincent Sony_US

Definitely do not recommend for the price tag, certainly lacking compared to other headphones in its classification - in my opinion.

There is an almost constant hiss going on when no sound is playing or the sound is quiet. Can't recommend these. Go for some wired sennheisers or technicas.

Not truly noise canceling. It uses a high pitch sound to block out the noise but causes me vertigo dizziness. Unable to use.

WOW, these sound incredible once you download the Sony Headphones Connect app. I was a bit disappointed at first at the lack of a bass boost button right on the headphones themselves but as soon as I downloaded and used the app, the sound became brilliant and adjustable to exactly how I wanted it. The noise cancelling feature is top notch. As soon as you put them on, even with no audio playing, the world just goes away. They look great, sound great, connected easily by bluetooth and as kind of an added bonus, actually has an wired input for the older equipment that doesn't use wireless. Been using them for 3 days and still haven't had to recharge the battery yet. Awesome!! Fantastic set of headphones that lay flat for travelling and sound terrific. These will be getting a lot of use

This is my 2nd pair of Sony Noise cancelling headphones. And again I am thoroughly impressed with the quality, build, sound, and battery life of the these headphones. They work much better with Apple products than android. Here is what the connect app can do (I copied this from the web directions) when connected via bluetooth • Display the remaining battery of the headset • Display the BLUETOOTH connection codec • Turn noise canceling on/off • Use auto adjustment of the noise canceling function by behavior recognition • Set the Ambient Sound mode • Set the NC Optimizer function • Control the auditory localization • Select the sound effect mode (VPT) • Select the Equalizer setting • Switch the sound quality mode by setting the BLUETOOTH connection mode • Set the DSEE HX (completion for high-range sound) function • Check the headset's status of connection/settings

These headphones are not a bad pair of headphones. Ease of use, setup and quality is on par for the price, but there are better headphones out there, but you will obviously pay more. These headphones are light, which is a nice touch...but also part of its downfall. The Noise Cancelling is not up to snuff on these headphones, mainly because of the ear cushions and the ANC is not the most powerful out there. The ANC does make a difference, just not a robust amount. The foam on the ears is not a dense either, so they don't physically block out as much noise as they could. Comfort is fine. Not amazing, but not bad. Sound quality is what you would expect from a 200 dollar pair of headphones. Good, not great, but acceptable. If you want better sound, buy a more expensive pair of headphones! I do wish they would have come with a case, or a bag at least.

The noise canceling on these headphones is terrible. Look elsewhere, if you are in the market for a new set of headphones with noise canceling.

I love the new Sony - WH-CH700N wireless headphones. Not only do they look great, but they also perform great. The sound quality is nice and crisp. I love the fact that you can tune the audio via Sony's app. One thing that worried me after my first use is the fact that I had constant connectivity issues. My phone was within waist distance, and I was walking home. I'm not sure what was causing this, but it hasn't been an issue since. I hope I don't have issues down the road. After downloading the app, I was able to adjust the audio to my liking. The headphones fit great and are really comfortable to wear. You can also control the noise cancelling feature in case you are at work and need to be aware of your surroundings. Overall, I would definitely recommend the Sony WH-CH700N wireless headphones.

Not adequate for noise cancelling, poor low frequency response, and worse yet... The most finicky charging I've ever seen in a device. Doesnt come with it's own charger. It doesn't work with samsung chargers or anything adaptive. Absolutely has a mind of it's own when it comes to cables. Sometimes it works with the one supplied, and sometimes it doesn't. Cant return fast enough.
