||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Despite my initial excitement about these cheap noise-canceling headphones, the poor audio quality ultimately led me to seek a refund. The lack of bass was a major disappointment and made it difficult to fully enjoy my music. My friend, who these headphones were intended for, also agreed that the audio quality was subpar. We both agreed that, while the noise canceling was a nice feature, it wasn't enough to make up for the lack of bass. In the end, we decided to return the headphones and seek out a different pair that offered better audio quality. It's always disappointing to have to return a product, but in this case, it was the right decision for us given the poor audio quality of the headphones.
