    Works poorly... Very disappointed!

    Very disappointed with this purchase! Doesn't work well... Audio does not pick up well. A couple of times it lost connection when in use. During phone calls it is glitchy and for the most part it barely picks up my voice during a call. Overall, this product quality is poor!!!!

Allow us to help make this a better experience. Bluetooth communications may be disabled, or noise or audio dropout may occur under the following conditions.
      When there is a human body between the headset and the Bluetooth device
      In this case, put the Bluetooth device in the same direction as the antenna of the headset to improve the Bluetooth communications.
      There is an obstacle, such as metal or a wall, between the headset and the Bluetooth device.
      In places with wireless LAN, where a microwave oven is used, electromagnetic waves are generated, etc.

    I only have like two weeks before it stop working. It doesn’t connect to my device although it said it’s connected but no sound can be hear from the head phones. Only works with the cables don’t waste your money on this wireless headphones.

    Idk why these reviews are lying these literally suck. These have worse sound quality than my broken skull candy headphones from 2012.
