While we're delighted that you love most of the features, we're sorry to learn if you feel the headphones volume is not loud enough and the noise canceling doesn't work properly. For low sound issue, turn up the volume of the headset and the connected device. Connect the Bluetooth device to the headset once again.
The noise canceling function is effective in low frequency ranges such as airplanes, trains, offices, near air-conditioning, and is not as effective for higher frequencies, such as human voices.
