Expect the headband to crack and forget about the warranty. Sony basically doesn’t cover anything so be warned.

I've had to reset the headset twice, when I am less than ten feet away from the TV I have these paired to I get static out of nowhere and need to turn them off and back on to get rid of the static for a while. Other times they cut out for no reason. I have had better noise cancelling from cheap Amazon purchased headphones. Thought I'd go with Sony for a bit more in the hopes that they'd be next level compared to what I had in the past. I was wrong.

Thank you for reaching out to us. We're sorry to hear the issue that you are having with the headphones when connected to your TV. We'd like to help troubleshoot and isolate the issue. Bluetooth communications may be disabled, or noise or audio dropout may occur under the following conditions:
When there is a human body between the headset and the Bluetooth device
In this case, put the Bluetooth device in the same direction as the antenna of the headset to improve the Bluetooth communications.
There is an obstacle, such as metal or a wall, between the headset and the Bluetooth device.
In places with wireless LAN, where a microwave oven is used, electromagnetic waves are generated, etc.
