Hurts my ears

Sometimes I have to turn it off and on 4-5 times. The worst thing is it not comfortable. The cushion around the ear is either too thin, or the little speaker thingy inside is to far out, but after 30-45 minutes, I ears start hurting.

Pads too thin, BT drops, speakers crackle

I have been working from home for 3 years and use wireless NC daily for roughly 8 hours a day. Usually in meetings 1-3 hours per day. Therefore, I need something that works reliably, comfortably, and without issue. I bought these new WH-XB900N on Saturday, and today is Monday. These have had a full 7+hr charge on Saturday before using them. While using bluetooth, they dropped audio completely in several meetings. They could hear me, I couldn't hear them. No changes to my setup. Then, while listening to music, they start crackling horribly. I don't have the music up loud, in fact these are quieter than my old pair of XB950N1. The over-ear pads are much too thin. I have small/medium head. Ears are average size and don't stick out like some folks. Bottom line is: not comfortable, not reliable, overpriced. Returning them.
