Mic quality is poor

Needed a good quality microphone earphone combo. Earphones were great but microphone would buzz going in and out with the voice activation. Poor quaillitu for the person listening to me. Had to return due to this and pick up another brand.

We are sorry to hear about the issue with your unit. This is not the experience we want you to have. To isolate the issue, you may try to reset the headphones to factory default settings. Turn off the headset while the USB Type-C cable is disconnected and then press and hold the (power) button and the (play/call) button simultaneously for 7 seconds or more. The indicator (blue) flashes 4 times, and the headset is initialized.
