Headband cracked in less than 3 months.

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought these for work and the audio quality has actually been quite good. unfortunately the headband portion of the headphones began to crack from normal wear. the plastic is not very strong and doesn't have enough give to stretch over a head. Today a piece of the plastic broke off. I haven't even had them 3 month. I tried contacting Sony support, but they said that this kind of damage isn't covered by the warranty. So now I'm stuck. Hopefully the cracks wont get bigger.
