The sound and comfort are great, and the noise-cancelling works really nicely when I have a call in a sometimes-noisy work environment. I have had occasional issues in the last few months with one of my laptops refusing to connect it as a voice device, but that might be caused by something other than the headphones themselves. I definitely recommend them.

Pretty good but not perfect

Worth what I paid

I bought it on sale and it has the basics down pat. The only thing I miss from the model one step above this one is the tap on the ear to adjust volume and skip or repeat a song. This model requires you to push the button on the side once to pause, twice to skip, and three times to repeat. It's a small button and a bit tricky. It's not as convenient, but if you don't want to pay for the ease of use, this is a good pair of over ear headphones.

These headphones need more support

(core series speakers, amps, alpha cameras, head units, you name it.) I got these on sale, and i'm glad I did. Full price for these are too much. I expected "ok" to "good" noise cancelling, but instead got subpar. I didn't buy these for cutting edge NC, so that was not a big deal. The big drawback was these are NOT supported by the Sony Headphones app. At very least, i wanted this app to allow for the EQ to be set. These, at default, are too low end mushy. It sounds like you are listening to things with a large bucket over your head. There is no reason not to have app support for headphones near the 200 dollar mark when lesser models have that. The positives- --USB-C charging. I can toss them in on a roadtrip and not have to bring a micro-usb cord with. --Not bad head feel. Cushions wear in over time and dont pinch even my large head. --3.5mm audio in. Great option to use with a computer or device with a standard EQ. The negatives- --NC is weak, ambient sound is weaker. --Price point that puts you near premium models (if they sold these for 69.99 to 79.99, it would be a great option) --No app support from Sony's own app Honestly, these will be my rough and tumble headphones. Doing yard work, mowing grass, etc. I own the wh-1000xm2's and xm4's, and they are far better. Those headphones may be twice the price of these, but they have 4 times the features and at least 4 times the performance. Spend the money on the xm4's and you wont be disappointed. You get a semi-hard case, airplane dual adapter, same usb-c support for charging, same 3.5mm in, softer feel on everything, side touch panel to change volume and track, amazing NC, outstanding ambient sound, dual bluetooth connection ability, Sony's lossless upscaling option, full app support, and other benefits.

Perfect for listening to podcasts and audiobooks

Unlike most Bluetooth headphones, these have a really good volume range. I can lower the volume to a comfortable level and it doesn't go from deafening to mute. The noise cancelling feature on these work pretty good. I can still hear some conversations around me, but they are very faint and don't detract from my listening experience. Speaking of listening, the bass on these headphones aren't as deep as I would like but I don't listen to a lot of bass bumping songs. I primarily listen to podcasts and audio books so these work perfect. The headphones are also easy to connect to my device. Despite the fit and lack in bass, I still recommend these headphones. They are perfect for office use to help you keep focused on your work without the distraction of the noise around you.

Adjusting the headband and the earpads properly can help reduce discomfort while wearing the headphones. These headphones actually support super-soft, pressure-relieving earpads in foamed urethane evenly distribute pressure and increase ear/pad contact for a stable fit. The bass sound may also vary depending on the source and content you are playing. You may try to change the bass sound settings on the connected device if it is available.

I don’t use headphones or earbuds often so didn’t want to spend hundreds of dollars for something that will sit in a drawer for a month sometimes. These are perfect. Cheap, wireless, good battery life, and pretty comfy. I recommend these to the person that isn’t picky on sound quality and only use occasionally. The noise canceling is nice, probably not the best but what do you expect for 90 bucks.

If water or foreign objects enter the unit, it may result in fire or electric shock. In particular, be careful in the following cases.
When using the unit around a sink, etc.
Be careful that the unit does not fall into a sink or container filled with water.
When using the unit in the rain or snow, or in humid locations
When using the unit while you are sweaty
If you touch the unit with wet hands, or put the unit in the pocket of a damp article of clothing, the unit may get wet.
