Beware - Headband cracks

I bought there for my son for Christmas and after 4 days of just listening to music the head band cracked on both the left and right side. I contacted customer support and they told me since this has never been sent to their engineers, it's not covered under the warranty for physical or accidental damage. I informed them that it needed to be reported to their engineers because this didn't happen from physical or accidental damage. This is a flaw in their material/workmanship. I am soooooo disappointed in Sony. Don't buy these, they won't last.

Decent Quality Headset for Price

The one negative about the set is that it glitches sometimes during answering phone calls. After 30 seconds, the transmission becomes clearer but it is annoying when trying to just say “hello” Lol. I do love the build quality though. The noise canceling feature on these is great!

Old school person was used to corded outdated headphones. Hesitant at first. However the battery life and sound quality blew away any old headphone set he owned. Now he wishes he got these sooner and can’t believe he waited so long to get an upgrade. He uses them hours on end everyday he likes em so much!

It produce a great music, battery life is good when ur in long drive. (35hours life capacity) overall, this headphone is well recommended..
