Wearing earrings with this product is not a good, comfortable feel. On the flip side, the sound quality was good and the price was ok.

The headphones wouldn't stay connected, so I talked with Sony Customer Service and they suggested a replacement. I was able to send them back to Sony, just waiting to receive the replacements.

I use them mostly as my headset for working from home full time. I take a lot of conference calls and meetings using these mostly. And sometimes listen to music as well. They work great wirelessly and a charge holds for a full day, about a week. Usually have to charge it (by plugging in USB-C cable into my MacBook Pro) about once a week. The only thing I notice is after I first connect I have to wait a few minutes to sound clear over audio. Coworkers have mentioned that I sound like a garbled robot but after a few mins it’s usually pretty crystal clear. I got these on a really good deal over Christmas week, and they were much cheaper than other leading brands, particularly apple.
