Biggest issue I have is you can hear the plastic creaking even during the songs any time you move your head around a little bit. Easy to use and set up. comfortable to wear. For the price I certainly would’ve expected better from a brand name like Sony. Thought about returning them but I’m not going to go through the hassle at this point.

Excellent value for the traveler

Bose are great but at a much higher price point. These headphones are what make it easy to get off of intercontinental flights ready to go and not all worn out from drone and fatigue. Worse than their predecessor

While the noise cancelling is excellent, the audio quality is downright dreadful. Where I had clear, crisp sound with my last pair of bluetooth headphones (the WH-CH700), the sound on these is muffled and muddy across the board. With no support for the official Sony Headphones Connect app, there was no way to even tinker with the balancing to at least attempt to let these headphones sound half as good as the old pair I had. I would not bother with these, even for the sale price I got them for these are not worth it. It's worth noting that I'm nowhere close to being an audiophile by any means, but the poor sound quality is noticeable to me with my couple days of experience with it. The good things about this pair of headphones (battery life, battery level reporting, being able to connect to more than one device) really does not outweigh the huge negative with these headphones.
