Adjusting the headband and the earpads properly can help reduce discomfort while wearing the headphones. These headphones actually support super-soft, pressure-relieving earpads in foamed urethane evenly distribute pressure and increase ear/pad contact for a stable fit. For low sound, please turn up the volume of the headset and the connected device. Connect the Bluetooth device to the headset once again. May we contact for help?
