They fit very comfortably and the noise cancellation is very good. They seem to have a little trouble when I try and use them for phone calls, but my iPhone has been weird with all of my bluetooth headsets.

Comfortable around the ear, hooks up to my TV, and the noise canceling is sufficient. Only issue is with the plastic seems cheap, but for below $100 great buy!

Very inexpensive but works good! I guess the next level up would have more padding on top.

We've learned that noise canceling does not come on the second you connect, there is a button you have to hit 3 times.... volume levels are great!

My roomates are college kids who party and these block out all the sounds of fun. My only complaint is that the speaker itself is close to the ear and will rub and be uncomfortable. Basically it needs larger ear muffs

Sony makes good electronics but in the quest for convenience (“the ear cups rotate and flatten!!”), they end up designing the ear-cup holders with a single point of failure, right where the yoke meets the headband. And once it’s broken, you can’t just glue them back; believe me, I’ve tried. There is a YouTuber online who makes 3D-printed yokes for about £10 (Forbidden Prints I think) and guides you through replacing them. It does take a minimal amount of soldering skill. This is the easiest repair route I could find; Sony’s replacement parts are surprisingly hard to find in the online markets. Compare this design to JBL’s two-strut metal adjuster design for most of their wireless headphones and you can see what durability looks like. I’ve had the electronics break on JBLs before they have failed mechanically. “Half life” (here, the amount of time before they break on average) for JBLs in my experience is about 1.5 years, while Sony’s is 6 months. It takes just one bad step or drop and your elegant Sony headphones are one step away from e-waste. So, if you treat them like a fragile scepter and put them on a bust of Shakespeare when you are not using them, your Sonys will last a long time. If you take them outside or leave them on the floor or in your favorite chair, don’t expect them to last more one or two kinetic encounters.

These are the best headphones I've ever owned. The sound is great, truly noise cancelling. And the are so comfy! I never have connectivity problems. I really can't say enough how much I love these.

I am pretty pleased with the performance and have been using it practically all day for attending to office meetings and trainings. It is great to hear music as well and although I have not used it much for that purpose, but, it seems nice. The noise cancellation is fantastic and shuts you off from the external world. On the flip side, I have had issues when during a Skype or Zoom call, I can no longer hear the participants speaking. I would then need to switch off and switch on the headphone to be able to hear them again. Happens on and off without any set pattern, I am not sure if this is a product issue or not, but, other than that this is a good headphone to have
