The design feels cheap. I think I have been very clear. I got them today at BestBuy Secaucus, NJ store.

These are not worth more than 40 dollars

Sony is a billion dollar business there's no reason these headphones Should sound like they were made in 1995 . These are HORRIBLE FOR SONY HEADPHONES . Returning. They aren't even worth the 88 dolllars I got them on sale for. They material is so cheap the noise cancelling doesn't work the noise just come right through. It's like having a really good heater in your house but your walls are made of paper so all the cold air still coming through. DO NOT BUY THESE. sony has better headphones out there. These ain't it. No case. They don't fold up. And they put it in a cheap cardboard box lol sony is disrespectful.

Thank you for the honest feedback. The effect of noise canceling may not be pronounced in a very quiet environment, or some noise may be heard. When you are wearing the headset, depending on how you wear the headset, the effect of noise canceling may vary. The noise canceling function works primarily on noise in the low frequency band such as vehicles and air conditioning. Although noise is reduced, it is not completely canceled.

Great Sound, Too Heavy

I was looking for a replacement to previous headphones these do the job. Althouh when I wear them for prolonged periods of time (8+ hours) the make my head hurt.

I have bought so many Sony products over the years. I use these a little in the first month for short periods of time and didn't realize how painful they were. I then tried to figure out why. I found that they have hard plastic stubs behind the soft cloth that hits your ears. I am shocked that anyone at Sony thought this was a good idea. The worst engineering I have ever encountered. Of course it's to late to return the. #GOODBYESONY #SONYLOSTCUSTOMER #SONYWORSTDESIGNE EVER

I wear them all day at the data center i work at. After eight hours though the padding drains and you can start to feel the drivers actually touching your ears at times.

Long battery life

Ive had it 3 days, Ive used it for a good 20+ hrs & the battery still shows as 2/3 full. The noise canceling isn't the greatest, if you're looking for TRUE noise canceling then spend the extra $100, but for a pair UNDER $200, these are great.
