Unfortunately, this WHCH710N does not support the Headphone Connect App. You need to pair the headset and the device manually. If the device supports one-touch connection (NFC), you can pair the headset and device and establish a Bluetooth connection by simply touching the headset with the device. nice headsets, not the best

It doesn't come with a container or bag.

The tonality of the WH-CH710N is NOTHING comparable to the old Professional set as these wireless headphones are all "highs" and NO "lows". The Best Buy Store where I purchased this headphone had NO demonstrator headphones where I could make a better decision at the time as I just went with the Sony brand. Won't make that mistake again at this price point.
