We'd like to help troubleshoot the issue and make this a better experience for you. If you hear noises from your from your Bluetooth® headphones that sound different than the more common static or distortion sounds caused by environmental interference issues. The noise canceling function works primarily on noise in the low frequency band such as vehicles and air conditioning. Although noise is reduced, it is not completely canceled. We're sorry to hear your discomforts while wearing the WHCH710N headphones. Adjusting the headband and the earpads properly can help reduce discomfort while wearing the headphones. These headphones actually support super-soft, pressure-relieving earpads in foamed urethane evenly distribute pressure and increase ear/pad contact for a stable fit. Make sure that the headphones is sufficiently charge.
Use the supplied USB Type-C cable and a commercially available USB AC adaptor.
The headset cannot be charged when the computer goes into standby (sleep) or hibernation mode. In this case, change the computer settings, and start charging the headset once again.
When connecting the headset to a computer, use only the supplied USB Type-C cable, and be sure to directly connect them. Charging will not be properly completed when the headset is connected through a USB hub.

As far as your experiencing with TV connection, these headphones can be connected both wired and wireless. For Bluetooth or wireless connection, the TV must be a compatible A2DP Bluetooth Profile devices to make this work. If this is not available on the TV, you may use wired connection by using the supplied cable.

We'd like the opportunity to help and resolve this matter. Please try some of these solutions below if you are unable to make a Bluetooth or wired connection.

Check that the headset is turned on.
Check that the Bluetooth device is turned on and the Bluetooth function is on.
If the headset automatically connects to the last connected Bluetooth device, you may fail to connect the headset to other devices via Bluetooth connection. In that case, operate the last connected Bluetooth device and disconnect the Bluetooth connection.
Check if the Bluetooth device is in sleep mode. If the device is in sleep mode, cancel the sleep mode.
Check if the Bluetooth connection has been terminated. If terminated, make the Bluetooth connection again.
If the pairing information for the headset has been deleted on the Bluetooth device, pair the headset with the device again.
If the headset does not operate properly. Reset the headset. This operation does not delete pairing information. If the headset does not operate properly even if you reset the headset, initialize the headset.
