For taking calls this heaset not recommended. once the call is getting started the voice will fade and you will hear a robotic voice. you need to diconnect and reconnect again to fix it.

We regret to hear that the unit was already returned because the noise canceling function didn't perform as expected. Your feedback is greatly appreciated. The noise canceling function is effective in low-frequency ranges such as airplanes, trains, offices, near air-conditioning, and is not as effective for higher frequencies, such as human voices. During that time, the sound quality is average and the rubber cushions have wrinkled and look like they're ready to peel off. Not the most comfortable. The sound cancelling is cool, but comes with an audible "sound" while it's on. And, the bluetooth wireless does not work with my PC. But I made those concessions because they were $96 after tax on a 55% sale. Unfortunately, the sound cancelling broke a in July, and the headphones themselves stopped working in August 2021. I bought them in November 2020.

Cheap Junk - Maybe Worth $40 At Most

After using for 3 weeks, already having issues with the right earphone making static. Thin fabric covering. Becomes uncomfortable after a while. Doesn't do a good enough job at noise cancelling. At this price point, there are far better options on the market.

Thank you for your purchasing the WHCH710N headphones. We regret to hear that the headphones id not meet your expectation with the sound quality. We'd like to help troubleshoot and make this a better experience. For low sound quality and distorted sound, please check the following below:
Turn down the volume of the connected device if it is too loud.
Keep the headset away from a microwave oven, wireless LAN device, etc.
Bring the headset closer to the Bluetooth device and remove any obstacles between the headset and the Bluetooth device.
Switch the Bluetooth connection to A2DP with the connected device when the headset and the transmitting Bluetooth device are connected via an HFP or HSP Bluetooth connection.
Adjusting the headband and the earpads properly can help reduce discomfort while wearing the headphones. These headphones actually support super-soft, pressure-relieving earpads in foamed urethane evenly distribute pressure and increase ear/pad contact for a stable fit.
If the effect of noise canceling is not sufficient. Make sure that the noise canceling function is turned on. Adjust the headset into a comfortable position. The noise canceling function is effective in low frequency ranges such as airplanes, trains, offices, near air-conditioning, and is not as effective for higher frequencies, such as human voices.
