Crap design with worse warranty.

Headband cracked after 3 months of office use. The buttons are tiny and hard to use by feel. They also disconnect from Windows 10 when used as a bluetooth communication device. Sound quality with Windows is horrible and then they disconnect. When Sony was contacted they refused to provide any help. I had used the headphones in an office for 3 months before they failed. Contacted Sony for the problems and their entire conversation was about how they aren't responsible for the design failure or the software problems. I told them the headphones failed when connected to Windows but worked with a cell phone and they decided that was proof it was the fault of the 3 computers I had tried them on and not their headphones.

Cheap heaphones, do NOT recommend.

There isn't enough padding on the ear cups which means your ears will be touching the hard speakers-- my ears were hurting after just one hour of use. The audio was worse than the $20 earbuds I used for the last 3 years, almost NO bass whatsoever and it sounded like I was listening to music while underwater. Along with the overall cheap feel, I could not recommend picking these headphones up for anything more than $30, and even then it would still be more worthwhile to go with the Sony XB910N headphones for more value.

Don’t waste your money

Automatically goes off whenever it feels like. Terrible audio quality when you are on a call. Poor material quality. My worse buy from Best Buy so far.

The following situations may affect the quality of the Bluetooth connection between your unit and the connected device:
When there is a human body between the headset and the Bluetooth device
In this case, put the Bluetooth device in the same direction as the antenna of the headset to improve the Bluetooth communications.
There is an obstacle, such as metal or a wall, between the headset and the Bluetooth device.
In places with wireless LAN, where a microwave oven is used, electromagnetic waves are generated, etc.
Resetting or initializing the headset may also help if the headphones is not working properly.
