Good headphones for the price point

Upon opening the box and removing the headphones from the box you instantly will notice the build quality is on the cheaper end of the spectrum. The headphones can be paired via Bluetooth through your device settings or through nfc tap to pair. You also have the option to use a 3.5 mm cable if you choose to do so. I appreciate Sony placing a USB type C port on the headphones for charging because it allows you to quick charge the headphones on the go.The battery life on the headphones definitely will last you close to the 35 hr listed on the specs. Pairing the headphones to my laptop and my iPhone was seamless and I did not have any issues with my Bluetooth signal dropping. I did make some phone calls and the mic quality was on par with most Bluetooth headsets. The noise cancelling quality is fairly good for this price point but it does fall short to some of my other over the ear headphones. Overall I think you receive a pretty good set of headphones for what you pay

The issue is pairing the headphones with various devices. It's a tedious process and the Sony app no longer offers equalizer & sound preference settings.

Thank you for sharing your experience with the WHCH710N. While we're glad you like noise canceling feature, lightweight and comfortable fit of the headphones. We regret you are having pairing issues with your devices. We'd like to help troubleshoot and isolate the issue.
When 2 Bluetooth devices have already connected to the WH-CH710N in a multipoint connection, and one is used for music playback (A2DP connection) and the other is used for calls (HFP/HSP connection), another NFC-compatible Bluetooth device cannot connect via Bluetooth connection with one-touch (NFC) even if you touch it with the WH-CH710N. In this case, disconnect one of the already connected Bluetooth devices and touch the Bluetooth device you want to connect with WH-CH710N again. We value your opinion with regards the sound preference setting. Eat pieces broke and will not be fixed

Best Buy is also not upholding their normal return policy and won’t let us exchange them. Very frustrating and disappointed.
