    Seemed muffled to me. Plastic is scratchy sounding when you touch it. Just didn't work for me

      Thank you for your time writing this review. We're sorry if the sound quality of the WHCH710N did not live up to your expectations. Allow us to help troubleshoot the problem. Bluetooth communications may be disabled, or noise or audio dropout may occur under the following conditions.
      When there is a human body between the headset and the Bluetooth device
      In this case, put the Bluetooth device in the same direction as the antenna of the headset to improve the Bluetooth communications.
      There is an obstacle, such as metal or a wall, between the headset and the Bluetooth device.
      In places with wireless LAN, where a microwave oven is used, electromagnetic waves are generated, etc.

    These were the worst headphones I ever put in my head. They run really hot. I also tried to pass over to my son doing school at home. Didn’t like them. He sweat the whole time. I returned them.

    Nothing to brag about but they get the job done. Not very loud and the base is subpar. Really considered sending them back.

    Okay headphones, but a bit overpriced

    The sound was not what I expected for stereo headphones. My skullcandy earbuds and apple earpod airpods have better sound. If you have picky ears, these headphones may not be for you.

      We regret to hear that we were not able to meet your expectations with the price and sound quality of the WHCH710N. We'd like to help and make this a better experience. As far as your experience with sound quality please try some of these solutions.

      Turn down the volume of the connected device if it is too loud.
      Keep the headset away from a microwave oven, wireless LAN device, etc.
      Bring the headset closer to the Bluetooth device. Remove any obstacles between the headset and the Bluetooth device.
      Switch the Bluetooth connection to A2DP with the connected device when the headset and the transmitting Bluetooth device are connected via an HFP or HSP Bluetooth connection.
      If you connect a device with a built-in radio or tuner to the headset, broadcasts may not be received or the sensitivity may be reduced. Move the headset away from the connected device.
      If the headset connects to the previously connected Bluetooth device, the headset may only establish the HFP/HSP Bluetooth connection when it is turned on. Use the connected device to connect via an A2DP Bluetooth connection.
      When listening to music from a computer on the headset, the sound quality may be poor (e.g., difficult to hear the singer’s voice, etc.) for the first few seconds after a connection is established. This is due to the computer specifications (priority on stable connection at the start of transmission and then switches to priority on sound quality several seconds later) and is not a headset malfunction.
      If the sound quality does not improve after a few seconds, use the computer to establish an A2DP connection. As for the operations on your computer, refer to the operating instructions supplied with the computer.

    Sony earphones

    Cannot rat until we can get it to link up with the TV at my dad's house. The guys say that they are suppose to work with the tv but we are stilling having issues. Any suggestions.

For Bluetooth connection, please make sure that the TV supports A2DP Bluetooth profile for wireless connection.     Music sounds fine but not much else going for them

    Not great. Not very comfortable. The noise cancelling is more like noise lessening and gives everything a "tinny" sound like people around you are talking into aluminum cans. They are also a complete pain to connect to devices. I have to unpair and repair them each time. Definitely not worth the full price. I got them on a pretty good sale but they still weren't really worth that either. We bought two pairs. The first have been returned and these are not far behind.

    Head phone plastic cracks

    These are definitely one of the cheaper priced headphones I’ve tried. But for a few dollars more you can do the XB 900 which are far superior

    A good headphone but less impressive in materials

    Sony makes a good product, but this noise cancellation headphone is not well built compared with the Bose product, especially the materials.
