    Uncomfortable poor quality in materials, Sony could put a better design that fits better to the anatomy, because it is quite painful to use

    The noise canceling on these is very poor and I could hear someone talking in a normal voice sitting right next to me. Sound was very tinny.

    After using few weeks, falling the parts. Called Sony support, simply rejected to fix or replace. Don’t spend money on Sony headsets

    Every time the sound was damage

    Ecery time the sound (microphone) was damagae and i have to turn off the earphones many time and probe with other phone to see if the problem fix it or not. Actually the problem is because the microphone damage the comunication and the other person is who has to suffer the problem and you didn't notice.

      When there is a human body between the headset and the Bluetooth device
      In this case, put the Bluetooth device in the same direction as the antenna of the headset to improve the Bluetooth communications.
      There is an obstacle, such as metal or a wall, between the headset and the Bluetooth device.
      In places with wireless LAN, where a microwave oven is used, electromagnetic waves are generated, etc.

    I could not tell when the Active Noise cancellation was on. I returned the Headphones and bought the Anker Q30 for $80.

    Advertised as noise cancelling but they weren’t. Expected the volume to be louder and clearer but it was mumbled and i could still hear people in the gym lifting weight and grunting.
