    I found the sound to be shallow and the NC to be wanting. I have owned XtraBass headphones before and I think the quality has taken a step back.

      Make sure that the noise canceling function is turned on.
      Adjust the headset into a comfortable position.
      The noise canceling function is effective in low frequency ranges such as airplanes, trains, offices, near air-conditioning, and is not as effective for higher frequencies, such as human voices.

    They sounded great at the store. Got them home and tried them with a tablet and an ipod. They sounded like crap. I suspect that at the store they use some sort of headphone amplifier. I think that's deceptive

    These head phone are good for an entry level noise canceling head phone. They are very comfortable to wear. I was able to wear them for several hours without any discomfort. On this point I would say them were better than average. Battery life was very good however they seem to take a long time to charge. If you use them for a portion of the day and charge overnight this would not be a problem. Sound quality is ok, not great. Like most Sony product bass seem to be a lite. The only real drawback I could find it the noise features are just not very good. You can only tell a little difference in the sound from noise canceling on and off. Bottom line is if your looking for a good pair of over the ear headphones these fit the bill. If your looking for something with good noise canceling then you will be disappointed

    When i picked up the box i thought it felt cheap. When i tried them it was confirmed. Sound, even at full volume, just isnt there. The noise canceling was subpar at best. Would have returned them even if they were only $20. Thats how bad they are. DO NOT PURCHASE

    Worst headphone ever. I used it two times and the plastic broke. This is my third replacement of same headphones. If you have freakishly small face where extension of headphones is not required then buy it.

    These headphones keep randomly turning off and/or losing connection with my phone, and the padding is thin enough that the hard part of the speaker hits the cartilage on my ear.

Please make sure that the battery is charged sufficiently. Bluetooth communications may be disabled, or noise or audio dropout may occur under the following conditions.
      When there is a human body between the headset and the Bluetooth device
      In this case, put the Bluetooth device in the same direction as the antenna of the headset to improve the Bluetooth communications.
      There is an obstacle, such as metal or a wall, between the headset and the Bluetooth device.
      In places with wireless LAN, where a microwave oven is used, electromagnetic waves are generated, etc.

    If I could give negative stars I would, we have had these a month? Maybe? The left earphone stopped working already and we already had to replace them. They cost over $100 dollars! What a waste. Do not buy!
