    I really love these headphones. The sound quality is fantastic and gives a decent volume range, which can easily be adjusted on the headset itself. The headphones feel sturdy but not too heavy. They are comfortable around the ears for long periods of time. Easily connects to Bluetooth devices allowing hands-free listening. It also includes a 3.5 headphone jack and cord, so you can still use it with devicies that still have headphone jack ports. This is also great because the headphones can still be used if they are low or out of batteries. Albeit, the sound quality dips a bit when using the wired feature versus wireless, but a great feature to have nonetheless. The noise cancellation works really well. It does a very good job of removing background noise while isolating sound from specific sources, like other people talking to you. The headphones now use USB-C for connection and charging. A short USB-C to USB-A wire is included, which is great. However, it doesn't come with its own charger. I understand that this can help keep the cost of the package down, and that this is becoming more commonplace, but it's annoying. I may have a charger capable of restoring its power in a decent timeframe, but I may only have one of them which is being used by my phone at the time when I need to charge the headphones. It's not a dealbreaker, but inconvenient. Overall, this is a great buy.

    The Sony WH-CH710N headset is pretty solid. They grip the head snugly, not too tight. The ear pieces rotate nicely to ensure a complete seal. I used them while washing the dishes and couldn't even hear the water running or splashing. They sound great and I would recommend these. The only thing I wish they came with was a case for storage/protection for travel or when not in use.

We'd like to help troubleshoot the problem. Bluetooth communications may be disabled, or noise or audio dropout may occur under the following conditions.
      When there is a human body between the headset and the Bluetooth device
      In this case, put the Bluetooth device in the same direction as the antenna of the headset to improve the Bluetooth communications.
      There is an obstacle, such as metal or a wall, between the headset and the Bluetooth device.
      In places with wireless LAN, where a microwave oven is used, electromagnetic waves are generated, etc.

    I bought this as a gift and the receiver loves it. They informed me that there is a switch to turn on the noise cancelling feature which I did not know. They are light which is another plus for the user. I do recommend this purchase.

      Hi Harry,
      Thank you for purchasing the WH-CH710N headphones. We regret to hear that your having Bluetooth connection issues on the headphones. We'd like to help and troubleshoot the issue. The communication between the devices will be poor if there is an obstruction between the unit and the connected device. Try the following:

      - Make sure that the headset is charged sufficiently.
      -Change the position or location of the unit or connected device.
      -If the connected device has a cover on it, take it off to improve the communication distance.
      -If the connected device is in a bag or in a pocket, try moving the position of the device.
      -Place the devices closer together to improve signal transmission

      Signal interference may occur when a Wi-Fi device is in use near the unit if they both use the same 2.4 GHz frequency band. To resolve the issue, try the following:

      -Turn off the Wi-Fi function of the connected device.
      -If a Wi-Fi device is in use near the unit, turn off its Wi-Fi function or use the device at least ten meters away from the unit.
      -Use the unit as far away as possible from a microwave oven, ticket gates, other Bluetooth devices, or places that generate electromagnetic radiation.

    These headphones worked really well. They synced up to my LG TV with no problem and the sound was better than expected. They are light weight and the ear pieces turn in for better storage options. To top things off they were a perfect replacement for the headphones in our Honda Pilot. Highly recommended.

    Excellent Noise Cancelling And Comfortable!

    I fly alot, and I hear alot of screaming babies when I fly. Since Christmas was coming, my wife asked me what I wanted for Christmas. I told her some noise cancelling headphones. On Christmas day, I was excited when I opened this. I flew out the next day and was excited to give these a try. Of course, I was seated near a screaming baby. I put these over my ears and started watching a movie. It was pure heaven! No, it's not going to noise cancel everything, as no headphone is capable of doing this, but man do they work great! So good the flight attendant had to tap me on the shoulder twice during the flight. Once because I never heard the announcement we were preparing to land and to put our seats up, and the other during drink service. These work great, and I am very satisfied. Wish they did come with a travel case, but there are some cheap options for a case. Otherwise, very very happy.

      Thank you for purchasing the WH-CH710N headphones. We regret to hear that there is no sound on the left sound speaker of the headphones. We'd like to help and make this to a better experience. Resetting or initializing the headset may resolve the issue. If the headset cannot be turned on or cannot be operated even when it is turned on, press both the power button and the NC/AMB (noise canceling/Ambient Sound Mode) button simultaneously while charging. The headset will be reset. The device registration pairing information is not deleted. If the headset does not operate correctly even after resetting, initialize the headset to restore factory settings.

      Turn off the headset while the USB Type-C cable is disconnected and then press and hold the power button and the (play/call) button simultaneously for 7 seconds or more.

      The indicator (blue) flashes 4 times, and the headset is initialized. This operation resets volume settings, etc. to the factory settings, and deletes all pairing information. In this case, delete the pairing information for the headset from the device and then pair them again.
