Working from home I needed a headset that was exceptional. Noise cancelling on both the microphone and sound is great. The only wish I have is that there would be a button on the headset to mute/unmute the microphone. I am sure one of the more expensive models has this feature...I just didn't pay enough attention to this when I decided to buy this particular model.

Great headphones at this price

These sit over the ear and provide much better listening experience and comfort for them gentle ears, decent battery life too. If you are not spending on something like a Bose, this is a great bet.

The connectivity range is really good, but one thing that is even better at this price range is the addition of a noise-cancelling mode, which is not present in some of the extra-bass Sony wireless models. I highly recommend this product.

Hence why most walk around with a type of ear bud. But sometimes you need quality and true noise cancelling that ear buds just don't offer. With so many choices, one can go high end or very low end. These are somewhere in the middle, it feels and works like the high end but with an reasonable price point. Being Sony, is still considered a name brand. The Bluetooth connectivity to a phone or table is simple and easy. They are light weight and will fit over most ears, it feels well made with sturdy plastic and aluminum and the ear cups are soft and comfortable. The sound is absolutely amazing and can be adjusted to ones preference. The true sound test of the noise cancelling feature is on an airplane. It can be connected via bluetooth or with an aux cord. This is where it's value comes in where it can cancel out the sound when one is in an airplane. When walking around or a short bike ride, but not so much for working out. Because the type of material on the cups that surround the ears, it would get uncomfortable with sweat.

Overall, I like these. They are very affordable if you are looking for the ANC feature. They sit on my ears in a way that is comfortable. The sound is great. My only complaint is that the buttons on the right side are awkward. It is not easy to differentiate between the volume buttons and the button to pause play. I often turn the volume up when I am try to stop the audio. The design could be better.

They have the right amount of base. Noise cancelling works but not as well as the higher end Sony headphones. Quite comfortable to wear. Ambient sound mode works great to keep you aware of your surroundings. I use these for work calls. Most reviews had complained that the call quality isn't good but I have had no issues, either from a listening perspective or having others point out issues from the other end if the line. Solid pair of headphones that go on sale frequently. They punch weigh above their weight class, especially, when on sale. Highly recomend them.

Would I pay retail for them? No, but I don’t pay retail for anything, especially these days. I love the gray color. The only complaint I have is that they don’t come with a protective case, but for the money, I cannot really complain. The noise cancellation feature works really well, too. Keepers!!
