The fact that the earpieces swivel makes storing them easy. My only complaint is that the fabric on the earpieces wears out and peels. It made them uncomfortable. I did have these for a year before they started showing wear. Overall, they were great and I would purchase again.

ears get hot quickly

The round shape of the pads does not allow for air to flow. If you are planning on using the headphones for an hour or more it is more comfortable to get oval shaped pads.

great sound

The sound is wonderful, comparable to hi quality speakers. These are not active noise cancelling but I can barely detect outside sounds. They are comfortable and earpieces of my glasses go right onto the ear pads. Only negative: charger cord is only 4" long an seems to be proprietary.
