Bought for my 11 year old nephew, he is happy

My nephew wanted a pair of Bluetooth headphones that he could use to drown out his little brothers arguing and wear to shoot hoops and do mid level workouts. His only complaints are that they didn’t come with a storage bag and the charging cable is too short. Otherwise he is very happy with them.

Great headsets for first time wireless purchase. Best quality is the long battery life. I’ve used it plenty so far and it’s still got a 100% charge. Only con is that it takes a good time for it to pop up on Bluetooth finder. Overall I am satisfied with my purchase and would recommend it to others.

In the current COVID situation, i wanted to get a sturdy and yet comfortable headset for my elementary schooler. I should say WH-XB700 met expectations and is real value for money. My daughter wears this all day, through her synchronous school hours and her after school facetime and disney+

Pleasantly surprised in the sound quality. Excellent as I've come to expect from Sony... lacks a lot of bells n whistles but you get what you pay for.. the headphones are only $80 and it ls definitely a good mid level purchase. Not bad but not great either.

Great Choice If You Don’t Need Noise Cancellation

---HIGHLIGHTS--- High Quality Sound, Exceptional Bass Response, 30 Hour Battery, Bluetooth Version 4.2 (SBC/AAC/aptx), USB-C Charging ---DESIGN and CONTROLS--- These full-size headphones are very lightweight and comfortable. They feature swiveling earcups for a custom fit. They have a USB-C port for charging. It takes 4 hours to fully charge them and a quick 10 minute charge can provide about 90 minutes of use. A short USB-C cable is included. They also have a standard 3.5 mm audio input which allows them to be used in an optional wired mode. Included is a high quality detachable audio cable. The battery is rated to last about 30 hours. I have been testing them for about a week at moderate volume levels and the 30 hour rating is accurate. These headphones truly offers exceptional battery life! Compatible with Google Assistant and Alexa. ---SOUND QUALITY--- The sound quality of these headphones is excellent. They are exceptionally musical and pleasing to the ear. The soundstage is wide and balanced. The sound produced is clear, detailed, and full range. Bass response is off the charts and hard hitting. If you have been using basic headphones, then you will be blown away by how good these headphones sound. This is likely mostly due to the quality drivers that Sony put in them. The bass response is very impressive. They were not kidding when they marketed these headphones as Extra Bass. Since heavy bass is not everyone’s cup of tea, the Extra Bass feature can be disabled. The Sony Connect App has several different EQ presets available to help customize the sound. There is also a customizable EQ, so that you can adjust the sound to your individual preference and to accommodate various content. This is critical because content can be mixed at such different levels that adjusting the EQ can help greatly with performance. It uses Bluetooth version 4.2 which is capable of less compression and longer battery life than the original Bluetooth standard. It is also compatible with high bit rate Bluetooth versions such as aptX and AAC. This is important because these standards will sound better because they are compressed. Voice calls are clear and stable. ---BOTTOM LINE--- I give these Sony Headphones top marks for sound quality, design, and comfort. They sound nearly as good as some of the more expensive headphones on the market. If you don’t need active noise cancellation, then it will be hard to find anything that that sounds this good at this price point. They sound that good!

Purchased these as a gift for my father for Christmas. He didn’t need expensive Bose or anything for what he does. These work great. Had a problem with them connecting to the tv while on his iPad and turning the TV volume off, but has since got that resolved.

I purchased these headphones for $129 and was disappointed. The wireless features are good when you have to download the sony app. You get different options to increase the bass. But the bass part is a soft bass. The volume part does not get loud enough. I maxed the volume to the limit and felt that it wasnt loud enough. When you connect the 3mm to the headphones you do t get the same features as the wireless part. You wired features come from you phone or mp3 player. Which the bass and volume is weak. For the price, I was disappointed.

Brought these for my son who is rough on headphones. The sound quality is great on par with Beats but not as crisp as Bose. The real determination with be on the quality of the Headphone construction and if the last more than 18 with young man.

They connect fine, but the volume just isn't there. Even trying to set them to full volume whether with Bluetooth, or connected, the sound just isn't there. they are comfortable on the ear thought.

Bought for teenage son to replace older Beats. I was hoping he'd accept a non-Beats headphone. He loves them. Price beats Beats and sounds is comparable if not better for his Spotify playing and video gaming. He's paired them to his PC and his iPhone.

I like the fit and feel of the headphones. My only complaint is that, I hoped for a more rich bass sound. Again, for the 99 dollars that I paid for them ( I bought two pairs ) I was a little disappointed that they didnt have a more rich submersive sound to them.

These have lasted me 2 years now, and the quality is amazing. The foam under the leather where your ears are does fall off over time but I think that's due to excessive use. I love these and enjoy them very much.

These are my second pair of sony's. I upgraded a year later. These are even better than the pair before. The sound quality is ridiculous. Sure they aren't noise cancelling but to be honest I use mine cutting grass with no issues.
