I forgot the real experience of using the jack instead of bluetooth. These headphones are great once plugged in, but when you use bluetooth the sound is greatly diminished.

I think these work great. My only issue is they don’t work as I hah wished for my son with a TBI and right sided paralysis. But I’m not sure anything could go on with just one hand.

Sony always makes great headphone and these are an amazing purchase. They are very large so I recommend you try them out before you purchase them. The app that controls the sound is easy to use.

Great headphones. I love that you can plug them in (using an aux plug) or connect to a device via blue tooth. I only wish they were more portable but not a huge deal.

Headsets are used on my digital mixer in my church streaming. I intended this device for a friend but ended up using for my streaming audio device. Works well and easy to connect.

Sony continues to rock my world, and these headphones have shown me they are dedicated to making the best sound gear money can buy. With all the new speakers Sony has released, and some earbuds too, this rounds out the sound products quite well. I'm going to say these are now my favorite headphones. Why? There are a few reasons and those reasons are significant. The most important reason I love these is they are comfortable. I can wear them with glasses on and not suffer the usual pain of the pressure headphones apply to my glasses, which push them into the side of my head. These don't cause that at all. They are so soft and pressure free, you almost wonder if you are even wearing headphones. Seriously. WIthout comfort as your first consideration, nothing else matters. Next up is sound quality. There is nothing better, and I've tested/owned many headsets, earbuds, etc. These headphones, by far, have the best sound across every genre of music. Rock? Amazing. Classical? Get the range of every instrument clearly and distinctly. Standards? Yes, the vocals and instrumentals are so amazingly defined. Everything I have listened to sounds amazing. This is the first time I've had amazing sound coupled with comfort, and wearing them for hours is not a chore. You can use these for phone calls, and they sound good to people you are speaking with. I'm not kidding. Most make you sound muffled to those you are speaking with, but not these. Clear, and you can hear your callers very clearly. The free app allows you to tailor the sound to your taste. Want to isolate music to one ear or another? Yes. Turn up the bass? Yes. The app has an equalizer function or you can let the headphones do their thing straight out of the box without the app and get sound you never thought possible. The battery life is stated of up to 30 hours. I found that to be very accurate. I've had them on for a full work day - endless phone calls and music in between, without ever coming close to running out of power. Getting a full 10 hour workday out of these with another full day without charging, so 20 hours, and not running out of power, had me sold. I've not used them with Google Assistant or Amazon Alexa, but this is now built in and if you want to use it with those you just do that through the app. Give these a try first. There is nothing about these that I'd change. They work, they work well, and have solved every concern I have had about using headphones - they are simply put, amazing. And if you don't think they are, you can always return them given Best Buy's generous return policy. But if you start with these, you'll realize what I've said is spot on and you'll be keeping them.

The design maybe considered beautiful but options are extremely difficult to read and very poor instructions provided to pair headphones.

The ear muff is too small, fit more for kids or teenagers. Other than that, noise cancelling is good, and sound quality is great.

These headphones are OK for just listening to music but when using the phone its a little hard for the other party to hear you and the and the connection breaks up

Its a Sony, sounds great for the money spent. You can't find a better price at this time of purchase.

Great sound from the headphones. Bad quality on ear muffs and have to download an app to change sound quality.

Good sound and app allows for a lot of control. Didn't feel really secure when I wore them and slid off during workouts

This headphone is good, with extra bass, can use for earphone of my phone or listen music. If the audio wire can work for mics, then it would be super.

This is my second pair. My son loved the other pair so much that he did not give them back. I love the clear crisp sound and the bass, great!

Over the past few years my deaf step mom has used sony headphones without any issues. As of two months before I bought these new ones thinking the old model was just no working. I replace the old model with these and still same problem, I even used them with the MEE Audio through optical cable and still got the static. Returned them..

I feel they could be made a little more sound restricting. Otherwise, I pretty much love them and use them as my goto.

I bought this for my husband to use for his music room. He loves to play his guitar at night, having this headphones will not disturb our neighbors.
