These Sony WH-XB700 Bluetooth headphones are great.

This was a perfect present for my 15-year-old son. He loves it.

First thing I did was put them on. Passed the comfort test. Very picky about this. Plastic construction. Maybe too much plastic makes product feel cheap ? Extra bass appreciated as I listen to Epic Film Scores on Google Play Music app. Competitive long battery life up to 30 hours. You can continue to use the headset even when it’s out of power with the supplied cable. With the app you can optimize sound settings. I used Bluetooth to pair the headsets to my Pixel 3XL phone. Listened to Epic Film Scores on YouTube music. It was great. Didn’t even try to adjust sound settings in the app. You can also use NFC to pair the headset with your bluetooth device (ie. mobile phone) You can use this product with Google Assistant or Amazon Alexa. Wish it came with a carrying case. But you can get one pretty cheap online. Also no foldable feature to save space while transporting the headset. This is a winner in the great Sony lineup of headsets.

My husband loves them but I can still hear everything when he has them on. These are good for the user but not necessarily noise cancelling for others in the room.

Everything is great except for one that got me a little disappointed, and that’s the Extra bass doesn’t work when connected with the 3.5mm mode. So I decided to switch to the Skullcandy crusher where the bass works with both Bluetooth and 3.5mm.

I like these headphones and I would recommend these anyone.

My 10 yr old son Purchased these with his own savings. 9 months later they will not cut on at all. The red light comes on to charge, but they will not turn on at all. There goes 80 bucks down the drain!

Previous version had much better sound! Alexa voice feature is meh. Not needed. I rather better speaker output than worthless rarely used voicd commands. Average overall use.

The headset fits well enough and the sound is very good but the microphone is too sensitive and difficult to adjust so you do not sound like you are at the bottom of a well.

This is the second pair Sony headphones that I have had the pleasure of testing out. As with all things these days, you get what you pay for and these are no exception. I have thoroughly enjoyed the overall quality of these. They are loud, crisp, and the clarity is noticeable. With my only issue being that they are a bit small in structure. I do not have a large head, but these feel tiny on me. The earmuffs are at least larger enough to cover my ears but do not provide absolute noisy cancellation; more like a solid reduction. Aside from this, these are superb and will satisfy all. They are built solid and their size add a light feel that is pleasing for prolonged use. Speaking of which these things charge so fast it is ridiculous and will allow for said prolonged use.

The sound quality was not what I expected for a Sony Product. In order to get the great sound, I needed to subscribe to a audio service. Build quality was good.

The Sony - WH-XB700 Wireless Over-the-Ear Headphones is another solid offering from Sony for a midrange set of cans. Inside the box they include an angled aux cable which I appreciate more than a regular straight end to end cable and this model also comes with a USB C charging cable. Yay for Sony doing that as it makes charging your headphones much easier than having to look at the end of the cable to tell if it is in correctly. These headsets have a 30 hours battery life and a quick charge feature which gives you 90 minutes of juice with just 10 minutes of charge. This set of headphones also support Alexa and Google voice assistant and NFC enabled. The headset is very comfortable even for my big head. These are extra bass headphones with 30mm drivers and they really do rock. If you like bass in your music then these are the way to go without spending too much for headphones.

These headphones have a great sound however if you’re running or moving around the sound bounces around a lot and it makes music almost unlistenable. These headphones are only good if you’re really stationary when you’re using them.
