Posted .Hi Refrigerator,
While we're glad you like the sound quality, we're sorry that you are having issues connecting the unit with your iPhone. If you're unable to connect the headphones to another device, please follow the troubleshooting steps below to fix the issue.
- Make sure that your iPhone supports Bluetooth Bluetooth A2DP (Advanced Audio Distribution Profile) profile for wireless headphones and speakers connection.
- When you pair a 2nd or subsequent device (the headset has pairing information for other devices), press and hold the Power button for about 7 seconds.
- If the headset automatically connects to the last connected Bluetooth device, you may fail to connect the headset to other devices via Bluetooth connection. In that case, operate the last connected Bluetooth device and disconnect the Bluetooth connection.
- The Bluetooth connection is terminated. Make the Bluetooth connection again.
- If the pairing information for the headset has been deleted on the Bluetooth device, pair the headset with the device again.
For more details on how to pair and connect the unit with an iPhone, please refer to this helpful link: https://helpguide.sony.net/mdr/whxb900n/v1/en/contents/TP0002050026.html

Posted .Hi Bentong,
Thanks for sharing your feedback on using the WH-XB900N headphones. We're sorry to hear you're experiencing delay issues on the unit. Good to know you like the great sound and design of the headphones. We want to make sure that you’re taken care of and go through some troubleshooting with you to make sure your headphones is great. The audio playback on this unit may be slightly delayed from that on the transmitting device, due to the characteristics of Bluetooth wireless technology.
To resolve the issue, please make sure that your headphones are running on the latest firmware version. The software includes key features, applications, bug fixes, and feature improvements. For instructions, please check the link here: https://www.sony.com/electronics/support/wireless-headphones-bluetooth-headphones/wh-xb900n/downloads
Set the headset to “Priority on stable connection” mode. If the issue is unresolved, try resetting the headset: https://helpguide.sony.net/mdr/whxb900n/v1/en/contents/TP0002050001.html

Posted .Hi Ranger,
Thanks for sharing your review and experience with the WHXB900N. Your feedback is greatly appreciated. For optimum fit and comfort, make sure to adjust the headband of the headphones.
For sound concerns, you can use the equalizer function of the Sony Headphones Connect app to tailor-fit the sound quality to your needs. Please refer to this link for more information:
https://helpguide.sony.net/mdr/whxb900n/v1/en/contents/TP0002050030.html
Regarding the noise canceling function, make sure to install the latest software version of the headphones (via the Sony Headphones Connect app) for optimum performance. The noise canceling function is effective in low-frequency ranges such as airplanes, trains, offices, near air-conditioning, and is not as effective for higher frequencies, such as human voices. Make sure that the noise canceling function is also turned on. Adjust the earpad position to fit your ears.

I absolutely do not regret getting these.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased these headphones as my first entry into the world of "good, noise cancelling headphones". Before this pair, my max spend on headphones would be around $25-50 (and that'd be stretching it) The ones I have had before would have decent sound, nothing amazing but still decent nonetheless and noise cancelling would be a complete joke. My office environment is fairly noisy and I commute on a light rail to and from work. In addition to that I was looking for something that produced better sound so I could better tune out the distractions and focus on my work. I didn't have the money for the top-of-the line headphones (such as the Sony WH-1000XM3) so my review won't be comparing these headphones to the top of line ones. I don't like how you have to reset the bluetooth sync every time you connect to a new device, but I compensate for that by only listening to them via bluetooth on my phone and I hard wire them into my computer by an audio cable. I do want to mention that the audio quality is far superior on my phone then on the computer as a result of the phone app, but my computer is a work supplied computer for work and not for listening to music so the audio is baseline at best. If we were to upgrade the audio card on the computer I'm confident it would be far better experience. I wish that there was some sort of water proofing, especially for the price I paid. I also wish that bluetooth paired better between devices as I would love to listen to other devices using these headphones. I've had some issues with phone calls while using these, the wind noise is much more pronounced and the mics tend to pick up everything around me. I once made the mistake of talking on a phone in the stairs and the quality was soooo poor that the support representative of the company I was talking to just hung up after telling me to call back cause he couldn't understand me hahaha (I have had many successful phone calls in the same stairs so I know it was the headphones). I do feel like I'm yelling when I'm using these phones I feel much more self conscious then I did with my previous headphones I used for phone calls The sound quality of these, especially when used on my phone with the sony headphone app on it, is AMAZING great Bass replication, the highs are not piercing as well. It is a truly enjoyable experience. Overall, I really enjoy these headphones. The sound quality is incredible, the noise cancellation is exactly what I was hoping for, and if I have something playing through the headphones (music, movie, audio of some sort) you hardly hear anything but your audio which is incredible! There have been times that I just listen to nothing and use them to help keep the office quieter. I absolutely do not regret getting these.

Amazing headphones
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've had these head phones for about 9 months now and I love them so much. I mostly use them for gaming, but I use them while runinng fairly often, and occasionally elsewhere. They are very comfortable. I wear glasses most of the time and over the ear head phones usually hurt to wear on top of the glasses. These are, of course, much more comfortable without glasses, but I can wear these for most of the day with my glasses without much complaint. The battery life is incredible. I feel like I hardly ever have to charge them. I love the touch screen and the way you can lift your hand to the ear to hear external sounds. The only minor complaint I have is that I wish there was an AUX option (wired) so that I could use it with non bluetooth devices (namely the Nintendo Switch).

Posted .Hi Megatencan, We are glad you like the comfort, sound quality, and battery life of your WH-XB900N headphones. A 3.5 mm headphone cable is supplied to use with non Bluetooth devices. These headphones have EXTRA BASS for impressively deep, punchy sound. Their battery can last up to 30 hours, so you can keep on listening to your favorite music all day. Be sure to download the Sony | Headphones Connect App to customize your listening experience with ASC (Adaptive Sound Control), an equalizer, and more. Plus you have the ability to use the convenient smart features including Quick Attention, Google Assistant/Alexa/Siri compatibility, and touch controls. Thank you for choosing Sony! Erin

User friendly
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought these primarily for the ease of operating the headphones. These are the clear winner in terms of usability and is above average on everything else. The USB-C cable is also nice if you already own a Galaxy 10. I find ambient noise features useless, having a preference of just pausing and removing the headphones for talking. The quick pause is also useful and intuitive for short durations. Better noise cancellation would be nice, but I would probably be wearing ear buds if I needed more tricky noise cancellation than cancelling office or cafe noise. The sound quality is better than most with good balance and a wide range, especially on the low-end. It would have been nice if it had a little more range on the high end for classical, but it is definitely sufficient for things like rock and trip hop. Phone calls are clear enough, though the Jabra might be a better choice for crystal clear phone calls. The primary downside is that the muffs are a bit warm. They could have used a cooler material. I will need to find comfortable ear buds for the Spring and Summer. I like the simple style. They don't look too pimped, nor too cheap. They are a bit large and round, probably more suited for a round face than a narrow face. I do have concern over the use of BT4 instead of BT5 but everything seems to work well. I have a pair of generic earbuds with a slightly better BT range, but these are sufficient. Turn off noise cancellation if you are having problems with BT stuttering since these don't have a dedicated chip. I just couldn't justify $150 more for a dedicated noise cancellation chip.

|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The sound from these headphones is amazing !
