They sound great and I'm glad that I bought them. The sound cancelling is good but not great. On an airplane you can certainly appreciate them, but I was hoping it would be better. What I dislike is the head phones don't have physical buttons for changing tracks or changing the volume. It's kind of herky jerky. I instead use my phone to control these options but it's inconvenient

Works great as advertised, I like that pressing power button while its powered on will tell you the amount of battery with an AI voice assistance's voice. The battery life is great, i go an entire week without need to charge it. I recommend this if you're in the market for a great Pair of Headphones.

Decent headphones with bad battery life

Unfortunately, the battery life has been pretty bad from the start. Part of this is because it doesn't appear to have an auto-off, so even if nothing is playing the battery will continue to drain (a problem if, like me, you tend to take these off at the end of the day and forget to turn them off). They also don't work while being charged, nor have a fast-charge feature. Nowadays I most frequently use these as a plugged-in, non-noise canceling set since the battery+my routine is not a good match.

Perfect for my International Flight

They fit comfortably over my ears as blocked out most of the loud airplane noise and children on the flight. I loved the feature if you put your hand over right ear it turned off noise canceling while your hand was there so I could hear what the flight attendant was offering. The carrying case made it easy to throw them into my carry on with the analog cord etc so I cold use with the airplane provided screens.

Aux input takes effort

But for me i just set it once and now have an app taking up space. Comfortable ear cups. The aux cord is deep enough for some aux cables to not work and the one i bought to try to solve it still takes a second to work well in stereo. Which although it is wireless and bluetooth, if youre like me and sometimes use these headphones to play guitar at 3am, that can be annoying. I only paid 75 for theseand i couldnt imagine myself paying the 250 or whatever full price was.

I have several pairs of headphones, Beats Studio 3's, Skullcandy Crusher's, the first ones. And various others. Too many too mention. But I must admit these are my favs. I want the other Sonys MX1000, I cant remember the full model name. But they're supposed to be better than these. I cant imagine. I also would like the Skullcandy ANC Crushers. Oh well maybe someday. Get these. They're fantastic.

It allows me to listen to my TV while my daughter works at a table in the other room without being disturbed. The one think I don't like is having to charge it regularly. He loves how the cover his entire ear and are comfortable to wear for an extended period of time..the sound quality is crisp with good bass and I have no problem hearing him when he's using them to talk on the phone. They have a great feel of comfort for laying on your ears and head so they end up giving you pain. Sound quality sounds wonderful, especially with the app that you can download and edit to your liking. The Active Noise Cancellation feature is spectacular for when you want to use them while doing anything with people around as it blocks out any and all outside sound. Highly recommend grab a pair if you don’t want to spend an extra $100 for the newer model as I feel the WH-XB900N will do you justice.

What can I say, the sound somehow seems improved but most of all I prefer this design over my previous headphones. You won't go wrong with these.

That headphones are great. Then on Monday this one has a price of $118.99. I search some reviews in YouTube and finally exchange them. Boom!!! I save $231 dollar and the audio quality is insane. For my ear i do prefer the 900N. The Bass is great but not heave. Mid and High are good. NC are great too (M4 are the beast on that). If you catch this headphones at that price is a STEAL!! TAKE IT!!!!

One awesome feature is the headphones will allow you to hear ambient sounds and reduce the playback volume by simply cupping your hand over the right earpiece. This is especially helpful when using these on an airplane. If an overhead announcement or companion needs to be heard, this feature allows you to hear them. My much more expensive Bose NC headphones do not have this feature. In my opinion, these Sony headphones strike a nice balance between price, features and quality. Buy them!
