I use them for watching movies and not disturbing the rest of the house. I watch my movies loud, and these headphones draw you into everything Dolby Atmos. Lots of fun, with no outside distractions. Has made me go back and watch remastered movies.

A very comfortable wear very easy to use and the sound quality is superb I believe Sony is one of the best electronic makers on the market right now. Make sure to update the software version of the headphones (via the Sony Headphones Connect app) for optimum performance. You cannot operate the touch sensor when not wearing the headset. If you change the setting on the “Sony | Headphones Connect” app so that the headset does not turn off by the automatic power off function by wearing detection, you can operate the touch sensor even when not wearing the headset. Resetting and initializing may help solve the issue:

Now I see him wearing them non-stop and the ambient noise feature comes in handy a lot. No more having to tell people to wait till you pull out your phone and pause your music, but its as simple as placing your hand over the left(or right) bud and it will pause your music until you remove your hand away. This feature is so great!
