No complaints there, but how that local store acts in Bethlehem PA, I might start looking for a different electronics place to spend my money at. Their manager on duties allowed himself to raise his voice in conversation with me and tried to come up with million excuses instead of own up to what happened in the store.

I don't find the placement of the buttons convenient and the delay from pushing the button to "on" is too long.

Both the other brands are great but the better mix of the low end & more fuller 360 sound made these a great buy. The noise cancelling works well. Why the 2 stars? You need SW to run these puppies, and the app is awful. Running on the latest IOS, it won't pair the phones (need to use the OS), and the battery level is always 50% If you take the headphones off while powered, Alexa starts asking random questions and the phone starts dialing random numbers. Loads of fun! Sony is a great company that makes great stuff...most of the time. Somebody was asleep at the wheel for this one.

Extra bass is something that I usually enjoy in a headphone and the sound was good, but using these for the entire day was fatiguing on the ears. I was also not impressed with the noise cancelling. I bought a pair of WH-1000XM3 to overcome the deficiencies I saw in the WH-XB900N. Turns out the WH-1000XM3 is the headphone for me. The WH-XB900N would be great for shorter listens, but all-day use is just too much.
