If you're unable to connect the headphones to another device, please follow the troubleshooting steps below to fix the issue.
- Make sure that your Bluetooth device supports Bluetooth Bluetooth A2DP (Advanced Audio Distribution Profile) profile for wireless headphones and speakers connection.
- When you pair a 2nd or subsequent device (the headset has pairing information for other devices), press and hold the button for about 7 seconds.
- If the headset automatically connects to the last connected Bluetooth device, you may fail to connect the headset to other devices via Bluetooth connection. In that case, operate the last connected Bluetooth device and disconnect the Bluetooth connection.
- The Bluetooth connection is terminated. Make the Bluetooth connection again.
- The headset can be paired with multiple devices, but can only play music from 1 paired device at a time.

But without the ability to pair to a Bluetooth adapter that has all of the required audio specs, they are useless to me. I bought them to use while watching a new 50” Samsung TV that did not come with Bluetooth. Returning them tomorrow.

• Make sure that the noise canceling function is turned on.
• Adjust the earpad position to fit your ears.
• The noise canceling function is effective in low-frequency ranges such as airplanes, trains, offices, near air-conditioning, and is not as effective for higher frequencies, such as human voices.
