If you're unable to connect the headphones to another device, please follow the troubleshooting steps below to fix the issue.
- Make sure that your Bluetooth device supports Bluetooth Bluetooth A2DP (Advanced Audio Distribution Profile) profile for wireless headphones and speakers connection.
- When you pair a 2nd or subsequent device (the headset has pairing information for other devices), press and hold the button for about 7 seconds.
- If the headset automatically connects to the last connected Bluetooth device, you may fail to connect the headset to other devices via Bluetooth connection. In that case, operate the last connected Bluetooth device and disconnect the Bluetooth connection.
- The Bluetooth connection is terminated. Make the Bluetooth connection again.
- The headset can be paired with multiple devices, but can only play music from 1 paired device at a time.

Unless you need wireless headphones. Get some studio wired to an interface. But that is something not a lot of people do. Works with zoom for school. I wouldn't pay that much for them again though. Like if I hadn't bought them. But I did so whatever.

To ensure optimal performance with 360 Reality Audio, analyze your individual ear shapes in the 360 Reality Audio Setup settings using the Sony | Headphones Connect app to experience realistic and immersive sound. For low sound quality, to get the sound that you prefer, please try the different sound modes found in the Sony Headphones Connect app. There is even an EQ in there—which can be customized to fine-tune your music to your liking.
- Try playing another source on the device. For example, try another music app to see if the issue is with a particular app.
- When you listen to music from a computer on the headset, sound quality may be poor for the first few seconds after a connection is made. This is due to the computer specifications (priority on stable connection at the start of transmission and then switches to priority on sound quality several seconds later) and is not a headset malfunction. If the sound quality does not improve after a few seconds, lightly double-tap the touch sensor control panel of the headset (about 0.4-second intervals). Or you can use the computer to establish an A2DP connection. For the operations on your computer, refer to the operating instructions supplied with the computer.
