Disappointed these are e-waste in 18 months

For the price at purchase it wasnt half bad however I was expected it to last as long as my Sol Republic Master Airs atleast (5 years). Wife enjoyed the bass response and the battery life. Fit was comfortable according to her. Sony should be disappointed.

Great out of the box but early failure

Like the touch controls and the moose canceling works well for me at work. I listen at pretty low volume all the time and my rating comes from the bass speakers failing within the first month of use. I have a pair of skucamdy hesh 3 headphones that have been abused hard for a year and a half but still sound like new. These Sony headphones definitely didn’t last like I had hoped.

This is definitely not the news we'd like to hear from you. We value your input and appreciate the feedback regarding bass speakers failing within the first month of use. For low sound quality or insufficient bss, please refer to the guidelines below for some helpful information.
- To get the sound that you prefer, try the different sound modes found in the Sony Headphones Connect app. There is even an EQ in there—which can be customized to fine-tune your music to your liking.
- Try playing another source on the device. For example, try another music app to see if the issue is with a particular app.
- When you listen to music from a computer on the headset, sound quality may be poor for the first few seconds after a connection is made. This is caused by the computer transmitting music at sound quality for communications at first, and it is not a malfunction.

The ergonomics are FANTASTIC!

A Bluetooth headset is already perfect for me since I’m constantly moving but the fact that you can control your volume and change the song with a touch to the right ear cup makes this headset incredibly easy to use. This headset feels a lot more expensive then it was and you do not have to take them off to hear people talk to you because of the built in microphone that you can trigger by holding the right ear cup to listen to someone talk to you. This is a five star review for me!
