The biggest drawback is the lack of user controls. The controls are by gesture and are designed to work better with a smartphone or tablet than a desktop PC. The controls worked sporadically on the PC and became frustrating for my teen to use. We returned them and went with the Bose headphones because they had not only gesture controls but a physical button for volume and they worked on both PC and tablet/phone. Don't fault Sony it appears more and more manufacturers are moving away from physical buttons BUT sometimes a good old button is better and makes for a more enjoyable experience there is nothing to relearn with a button it;s either on or off.

Unfortunately I have a big head and they didn't fit to well for me. They looked big on me but a fan. Was my first dive into over eat headphones. Other then that they sound great easy to set up and worked flawlessly
