Very bad product would never recommend even to my worst enemy. Had to smother with fire extinguisher foam and ultimately ended up smashing the entire headset into oblivion and threw them away. Always heard great stuff about Sony but this was just downright sad and no one knows how or why it happened.

I used them at the gym and it kept slipping off and the audio keeps breaking up so I had to return them and get a different brand headset. also the app was weird and I tried to figure it out but it just kept cutting off but as a gurl I wouldn't get it, if fit / look big like it stands out more than a regular headset but its not cute

It is built in all plastic but at least the joints are well made. The sound is ok, you will need to use the EQ app to get a good sound. The noise canceling could be a little better.

It connects to my phone, I hear the voice tell me it's connected and battery level, my phone shows it's connected in settings, etc but when I start any music or video, it won't play.

The connecting to two different devices is a great feature. Only downfall is headphones tend to slip off while your walking or turning your head.

I've had them for about 3 months and I was using them and the battery died. I plugged them into the charger and the headphones refuse to charge. I've tried multiple chargers and none have worked. At this point they are a useless decoration.

Better material quality and better sound quality on my old headphones. So, decided instead to return these and ordered replacement earbuds for my XB900N :)

I took excellent care of them.

Not noise canceling & max volume too low

I purchased the headphones because of my coworker. She is constantly clearing her throat which is very disturbing.The headphones did not help at all. Even with max volume which is really low and noise canceling feature I would still hear her clearing her throat. Very disappointing!!! I will be returning them.
