    I got these for my husband for Christmas and he is loving them for the gym and I wear them around the house. The noise cancelling is pretty good. These aren’t better than the newer model but for the price I think it does all it needs to. I also didn’t realize these were the extra bass and that definitely comes through while listening to like house music and rap.

    Very poor item, the mic is disconnected in between the call. I struggle lot on this

    Clicking/static sound in one ear that does not go away. Purchases brand new.

    I returned it because the quality is not as good as the Sony WH-1000XM5. Of course there is a price difference. You get what you pay for.

    Not bad Not great Just okay. I guess it depends what you’re using them for. After seeing the Beats I returned these for those!

    Doesn't show up when searching for devices, modern problems. I smashed them finally. No problems now.

    Headphones have fallen apart twice. The first time I was lucky enough to have a geek squad protection plan on them. When I did the exchange for the new pair I was not advised I needed to buy another plan since since I had a 2 year plan and it had only been about 30 days (July-August). My daughter comes home from school for Christmas break and they are broke again, this time I cannot replace them because I was not advised I needed to also buy another plan. So now I have to shell out more money for new headphones when I purchased the protection plan for a reason. Best Buy tells me oh well really has me questioning why I shop there.

      Turn down the volume of the connected device if it is too loud.
      When playing music, if the headset and the transmitting Bluetooth device are connected via an HFP or HSP Bluetooth connection, switch the Bluetooth connection to A2DP with the connected device.
      When using a video calling application on a computer, switch the Bluetooth connection to HFP or HSP with the computer.

    These are great headphones. Sony does well. I will start with my favorite feature: the BASS. I always check for this first and then I see how well the overall quality sounds. These do a great job. The bass is nice while still keeping up with good and clear overall quality. Also, whatever function you need is on the earcup -- on/off, bluetooth connection, noise cancellation/ambient (those are the buttons); and then skip and back and volume up/down and play/pause and such (those are with motions). I will say though, some of the motions were annoying because it would not do what the motion said and sometimes simply because I was moving my hand out of the way, it would do a motion that I did not want it to do, such as go back (as in the song going back). Noise cancellation works really well. Also, you are encouraged to use the Sony app. They are foldable - the earcups can turn and then fold inward to take up less space and then they can go in the carrying case that comes with the headphones. Nice. These are honestly great headphones that do what they are supposed to do and do it well. I recommend. Peace.
