I love these headphones, the noise cancelling is great. The ambient sound is awesome for when im out and about, i dont have to keep one headphone off my ear to hear train announcements and such. I have really enjoyed these, they have made work alot easier as i can conpletely zone out andjust listen to music. Definitely rec!

I tried the WHCH710N first because I'm poor. They were okay as long as you weren't used to decent sound and bass. The sound quality, function, and features, it's all what I needed and nothing more. The smaller price bump is worth a 10-fold sound improvement. I can't recommend these enough if you're a Sony fanboy on a budget.with auditory enjoyment!

I went into the store and listened to Bose and this one back and forth and chose this one hands down. This one has more bump to it. Her previous headset mic wasn't working anymore. We were looking for a gaming headset, but she also wants a headset that's great for listening to music. So we ended up picking up this one. The call quality is great, lightweight also comes with a case. The ANC works great. Works great for all-rounders.
