If you haven’t already, download the Sony | Headphones Connect App which gives you the ability to adjust audio levels and sound field modes according to your preferences. You may also find different devices will perform better than others, as will different apps due to different types of audio compression and transmission. Sound quality is alright, could be more crispy but instead sounds a little muffled. Would purchase again at a lower price point. If it were up to me I’d spend the extra 50-80$ and buy some Bose or something similar
