Very comfortable around ears and adjustable. The sound quality is really good including the bass which I saw some complaints about but I think is great. My only complaint is It will only connect with one device and refuse to connect with any other device. For example, it will only pair with my iPhone. If I tried to pair it with my laptop or another phone it wouldn’t even show up on the Bluetooth radar unless you reset the headphones to pair with a different device. It was very frustrating so I just use it for my headphones now

Best headphones I ever tried. Noice cancellation may not be the best in the industry but decent enough for everyday usage. I bought these headphones because I wanted a noise cancelling headphones to handle airplane cabin noise and pressure. My ears used to hurt during the landing due to altitude drop and I tried several techniques to reduce it but nothing worked. I don't like spending $350 on xm5 and I love bass so when I looked at xb910n on sale for $140, I wanted to give it a try. I had a flight for four hours the very next day I bought these and thank Sony, that was my best flight experience ever. You can still hear some cabin noise but these headphones handled pressure change like a pro. I don't like to have headphones for more than an hour but I didn't feel that discomfort with these. Although they deliver added bass experience, I recommend playing with different presets and customize for your liking.

Very light in weight with good seal over ears. Great sound and ANC works well. Ability to adjust bass, highs and mids are also vey good. Download app to get maximum use of headphone's features. Comes with carrying case as well. Made a 4+ hour flight listening to music very enjoyable. Would recommend without hesitation.

Absolutely the most comfortable over-the-ear headphones I've ever purchased. The noise cancelling is amazing and can be turned off so you can still hear ambient sounds around you. The bass is also great and its so light weight it can be worn for hours comfortably.

I wanted to make sure I thoroughly tested these headphones before posting. I'm no audiophile, but I do know what it's like having to compensate for lackluster performance. With that being said, let's get into it. First, I want to say that I've been wanting a pair of Sony headphones for some time, but they've just been too expensive. If I was going to shell out the cash for pricey headphones, they'd better be worth it. When I saw that these were on sale for almost half off, I knew I needed to get them. My first impressions upon taking them out of the box were great. Unboxing felt like I was handling a premium product. The case these come in is very nice but has become the standard for most other cans out there. All accessories were packaged individually and everything was easy to find and locate. Physically speaking, Sony headphones have always had a nice feel and quality. These are no exception. They feel good in your hand and you don't feel like you're going to snap them if handled incorrectly (but seriously, you CAN snap any headphones if handled incorrectly, so don't do that.) Opening them to put them on is very easy and the adjustable earcups will make sure they fit everyone. I wear glasses so this is quite important. And they are EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE. I have worn them for an entire work day and never had a problem. Sound quality is quite good as well. There are three different modes to choose from regarding noise cancellation. The first, being the normal mode, acts like you would expect. The second, noise cancelling, is exactly that. While they don't block out 100% of the noise around you, as soon as you put on any type of media through these the outside noise disappears. The third slightly magnifies what the mics pick up while still delivering good sound. That way you're not shutting everything out. Battery life is awesome. Nothing left to say about that. Bluetooth pairing is a sinch. Much like Apple Earbuds, when you put them into pairing mode they pop right up on your phone and are ready to go.

I have Sony's previous version of these headphones (WH-1000XM3) which I have loved from day one, so I'm kinda comparing these new headphones to those. Overall construction is very similar to the previous version although the new headphones seem a tab bit heavier and more solid. Connection to the Sony app is instantaneous which offers many options for customizing the sound to your preferences. Of course the main point of headphones is the sound and while the previous version's sound is fantastic these are even better delivering a richer, more robust sound with substantially more bass. Noise-cancelling is again excellent similar to the previous version. Sony has made a great product even better with the WH-XB910N headphones. Highly recommended!

Headphones provide exactly what I am looking for. I’m usually not a fan of noise canceling headphones but this one gives me no issues. Bass is superb. Comfortable fit, recommended for long hour usage. Definitely a recommend product from Sony’s headphone lineup. Doesn’t disappoint.

Saw these on sale 40% off so I tried them and like them! Right out the box OMG too much booming base. Later found the app and adjusted bass and highs. Now very good sound quality! Very comfortable and well made. Very nice and slim case. However, disappointed that there are no volume controls on the headphones. Battery life is good. They are quality headphones and a good buy even at full price!

This headphone is one of the best except the right side. The touch is not very well designed and touch anywhere could do anything. It doesn’t have nice interaction. But one of the best sound. Its has amazing battery and very comfortable design.

These are great, so far. I listen to music all day at work. The sound quality is fantastic. I like bass and these headphones provide a deep, full sounding bass. The battery life is awesome. 40 hours of use and I still have over 50% battery. They're also comfortable and light.

Amazing headphones. I was going to buy the Apple AirPods Max but these caught my eyes for the price and I decided to give them a try. The first thing that caught my eye was the app which comes included with the headphones. In this app you can personalize your headphones to your specific ears and even change the amplifiers on the headphones. In the headphones and in the app you can personalize the two included modes for listening: Noise Cancellation and Ambient Noise where are super easy to switch from the press of one button. Another pleasant surprise was that they come with a case where you can store the headphones, charger and even a AUX plug if you want to use them but can’t connect via bluetooth. One of the best things about the headphones is the battery life. On average i use my headphones 3 hours per day and if i let them charge over night once every 5 days they will last for all the time that i use them. In conclusion, they are a incredible buy and have a amazing price for what you are getting in return. 10/10; Fully Recommended

I love these headphones! The bass is amazing and the sound is clear. Pretty comfortable and the noise cancelling works well. The battery lasts very long and charges up very quickly. I like that it came with a carrying case too.

Everything about these is great, sound quality, bass, battery life. However, the one thing that plagues me is the touch controls. It is difficult to find the play/pause button. When you turn the controls off from the app, it still makes the button sound if you touch it accidentally. If you touch the controls a certain way, it makes a buzzing noise and the headphones turn off.

I bought this for my flights and omg I love how noise cancelling they are. It also comes in a little case which is compact and you can fold up the headphones to make them fit in your bag for gym or for the plane. I highly recommend these for flights or even listening to music, but they are very bass boosted, which is why you should use their app and then change the settings to how you like! I was able to get it sounding very similar to the popular XM4s, so if you can get these headphones on a good deal ($150 or less) I highly recommend these and save yourself some money! It is also very easy to charge these bad boys up and they last a long time.

The sound of these headphones are right on point. I love listening to different music genres through these headphones. And I appreciate the ANC through these headphones though I would have loved for them to be a lot better. The build quality and the materials are excellent on these headphones. They allow them to be lightweight yet still comfortable to listen to and to where throughout your day. The Bluetooth connectivity is amazing. And I will definitely suggest these earphones to other people. Great job Sony!

I wouldnt recommend these at full price only because if you pay attention to quality, instruments and vocals sound a little flattened by the bass. However... For $125, if you love bass, 30 hr battery life (i wear these at work for 8 hours and they last me several days), and noise cancelling(works great in front of a loud machine), you should get these. The only thing i haven't been able to figure out is using "hey google" through the headphones. My only issues are sometimes they hurt the ears after a while and having this much bass directly in your ears will make your car speakers sound bassless. Use the recommended app for EQ settings. Great buy. :)

As a bass head these head phones are amazing! They are extremely comfortable to wear for long periods of time and the battery life is amazing. The microphone while connected to my phone works great although due to the fact that SONY uses the LDAC codec I find issues while doing Zoom, Teams, and Google Meet calls, either connectivity of microphone goes in and out or I may be hard to hear due to the connection method not being native to Windows. The swipe controls are a bit iffy if they work correctly although a double tap easily answers or hangs up a call. Other than the microphone issues with Windows I highly recommend these headphone if you enjoy allot of bass when you listen to music.

It's great quality but I dislike the fact it does not have buttons to press play, skip song, etc. I definitely will make sure my next headset has them. But my last Sony headphones lasted 6+ years and only broke because a 2 year old got their hands on it and went godzilla on it so.. looks like I'm stuck with this one for a while. Also, while wearing them, careful not to slap the headphones area near the ears or scratch it against something as it amplifies the noise a LOT. it's loud and can hurt. Have to be careful wearing these in tight areas. My old sony headphones didn't do this This may be the Nintendo switch's fault but this headphones won't connect to the switch despite a new switch update allowing players to connect wireless headphones. It recognized it for a few seconds then stopped and then never agaon. Overall a few minor complaints but the quality is great, battery life is great, and is comfortable. Everything else does remove one star though.

Its true what other reviewers say about bass oriented sound, but its up to you to configure the EQ in the sony headphone app and adjust bass and trebbles. In my opinion the sony has hi res capabilities and is suited for all kinds of music and i tested it with LDAC bluetooth codec, which is definately the best choice. The reason because im really happy with this sony is its versatile handling of cable versus bluetooth usage. In contrast to other brands i tested, you can use NoiseCancel even with cable plugged in ( !! ) , with frankly auto powered off bluetooth, that then protects you from BT-rays. This is unique and the ANC works quite well, for example with" boom boom-party" neighbours completely wiped out of the scene but with all EQ features on. If powered off sony, the cable signal goes directly unchanged to the headphone. Last but not least: If you have a loud fan Laptop , this noise is completely zero, thanks to the soft ear buds. What you have to learn is to handle the touchpad at the right side. If you want to skip a track simply swipe from back to front, or up down for loudness. Fot pause tipp in the middle
