They definitely hold up to the claims of noise cancellation and they’re very comfy. The only complaint I have is that they make a slightly weird and uncomfy noise when changing positions that affects noise levels

These steps may also help when using the mic function of the headphones:
-Re-establish the connection between the source device and the headset.
-When using a video calling application on a computer, switch the Bluetooth connection to HFP or HSP with the computer. During a video call, sound quality may become low due to the conditions of the communication line.
-You can also check the settings of the app that you are using for mic sensitivity if available.

When I went home with the product, I noticed it was too bassey, I didn’t like it. The sound quality was great, but there was too much bass for me.

While we are glad that you like most of the features, we regret to hear that the sound quality particularly the BASS doesn't suit your preference. This is definitely not the impression we'd like you to have with our premium headphones. You can make few adjustments to your headphones settings to suit your needs. We recommended you've downloaded the Sony Headphones Connect app. It has an Equalizer/CLEAR BASS setting which can be customized to fine-tune your music. Stop Comparing & Just Buy Them!

These headphones are worth every penny in my opinion!!! I bought myself the 1000XM2 headphones exactly 4 years ago and they have been working effotlessly. I saw this model, did my research, and I'm happy with my purchase. The specs may technically be better for the new 1000XM4, but if you can get these for $150 while on sale, Just Do It!! If you're not an Audiophile, just forget about the specs because the quality is great on these headphones!

The bass is awesome to the point where it inhibits the sound quality of everything else. Voices sound muffled and no matter how much you play with the eq you either lose out on sound quality or you lose out on bass theres no real balanced sound to these headphones as compared to beats or airpods
