I have been using this for a while and I have to tell that I still works perfectly. Battery life is excellent. It still gets its software updates for the noice cancellation. Awesome product. He has a few issues with the equalization and noise canceling and the microphone but I had no idea Best Buy had such a small return window! 15 days! I bought these for my son's birthday so they were bought early and not returnable. Now that I know that, I will not be buying anymore high ticket items from Best Buy in the future. These were expensive enough that I should have been able to at least exchange for store credit so my son could have gotten a different pair since he isn't happy with them. Terrible customer service for expensive items. Buy somewhere else!!

So much that I don't think they have come off his head since opening. He played music for me, and I was very pleased with the sound and the noise canceling. They are adjustable, comfortable and have a high quality sound! Highly recommend for use with cell phone, ipad and other devices - connection was seamless.

Using the headset in the rain or snow
Touching the headset without drying wet hands after doing housework in the kitchen or washing hands in the washroom
Touching the headset with sweaty hands, or using the headset in situations where the headset may get soaked in sweat
Putting the headset in a bag with a cold PET bottle

Very good headphones for traveling
