The Sony WHCH720N Wireless Noise Canceling Headphones are a great set of headphones. These headphones are incredibly lightweight, they feel good on your head. I can imagine wearing these on a plane and actually falling asleep with them comfortably resting on my head and ears. Set up was easy. These immediately connected to my iPhone 13. There is an app called Headphones Connect, that walks you through orientating the sound set up for optimal sound. It takes pictures of your ears. There is some true quality sound coming out of these! It really immersve. Had to update the app and headphones immediately upon syncing and it took about half an hour to complete. They came with a good charge, and come with a usb charging cable as well as a 3.5mm adapter cord to plug into. Battery life has been good so far. I would love it if it came with a case or carrying bag. Looking at others in this category i think thats the only thing missing and is easily fixed by buying your own. Overall these are quality headphones with great sound. I'm glad to have them & will benefit from their use next time I'm on a flight.

Ive had these for about a month now and these are a great pair of headphones. I do wish they came with a travel bag or collapsed. I stick them in a cloth bag and toss them into my backpack to and from work. I got them because the office i work in has a bunch of chatty Kathy's that apparently never have any work to do because all they do is talk! The battery life is amazing, I listen to music and make calls 6 out of the 8 hours a day and charge them maybe once a week (depending on use). People can hear me clearly and i haven't noticed any issues. I personally like that i can still hear a bit of background noise. I like over the ear due to my industrial piercing, it doesn't hurt it.

Awesome sound. Best NC options and quality. Great equalizer. Sooooo Comfortable! Easy setup with Sony App. Love the included cable and ability to connect via cable to airline audio when travelling. Now, I just wish there was a hard sided compact case that I can stash in my carry-on without worrying about damaging the headphones and cables . Guess I will find a brand X solution for now.

Really good! For the price point, it's really durable and the sound quality's great. Before, I used to have issues with any kind of headphones and earbuds as I would break them in under 2 weeks-1 month; I've had these for maybe 2 years now and they still function really well even though I've dropped them quite a few times... Super easy to connect and switch between which devices it's connected to! The noise cancellation is pretty good as well. Overall, I would really recommend these :)

I knew I wanted a pair of Sony headphones as I have heard nothing but great things, after doing my research I decided on the pair as they were a great price espically with the amazing sale Best Buy was having at the time. I have been using the headphones for about 3 weeks now and they are so comfortable and noise canceling feature (main reason I bought them) is so amazing and worth buying these headphones. I would recommend these for college students as the on/off noise cancelation feature is right at your fingertips.

I wasn't sure what to expect when I ordered these but they’re pretty good. The battery lasts you a long time and you don’t have to constantly charge them. They’re also comfortable and the noise canceling function is great.

I was going for the beats studios until an associate told me to try Sony & i fell inlove. The sound is clear, doesn’t hurt my head, Battery life is amazing. 10/10 recommend & the blue color is beautiful

So comfortable, long lasting battery and very good sound quality! Noise cancellation works so well I keep getting scared because I can’t hear my roommate coming into my room.

Workers were really helpful since I don’t know much about headphones. So far the audio is great and so is the noise cancellation. They’re super light and comfortable. Only con is they don’t fold so it takes up a bit of space but not much of a bother.

Great set of Headphones! I was surprised by the bass output. Connecting with the phone and using hands free talk is wonderful. Light and comfortable. The noise cancelation is also good.

The headphone is beyond better than the more popular or more expensive ones in the market like the Beats or the apple products one. For the price, this is just exceptionally great! Good buy for us and I highly recommend it. The music quality, the crisp, the listening options and the comfort are all 5-star for me. Great product, great work Sony!

Really enjoying these new Sony WH-CH720N headphones! So far I’ve found them to have great audio performance and they are surprisingly lightweight. The sound right out of the box is great. But to really bring the sound to life, download and use the Sony headphone app. The additional abilities the app gives in adjusting the sound to your liking make a difference. The headphones feel nicely built and I’m really impressed with how lightweight they are. They are really comfortable and unlikely to cause fatigue from wearing them for extended periods of time. The controls are pretty standard and easy to understand. The noise cancellation works very well. This is a feature that has really improved on headphones over the years. And to be honest, with how well the cushions fit over your ears you might find you really don’t need the noise cancellation in many situations. Additional features such as hands free calling and ability to use them with the included standard 3.5mm headphone cable work great as well. A USB to USB-C cable is included for charging, but like most products these days no charging block is included. Battery life is said to be around 35 hours and I would say that’s a honest estimate. Overall these are a great set of headphones that are easy to recommend.

I bought these headphones almost two years ago now and waited until now to write a review for them. they are some of the best headphones i have used. the sound quality is incredibly good and they can get very very loud. additionally, the noise cancelling/transparent modes work very well as well (especially in the gym). one thing i want to highlight is the fact that i use these headphones every day for at least 4 hours and i typically only need to charge them once a week, if that. the battery life is amazing. the only thing i really have to "complain" about is that the microphone isnt that good, but if you arent needing to use the microphone that does not really matter.

i havent tried the higher tier models but what i do know these are great value for the money gives you decent anc and they connect to anything with bluetooth while giving you great sound quality!

I bought these ver Memorial Day weekend 2024. They’re great with noise cancelling and having the apps for immersive audio. Photos are taken of the ear and you do need to download the apps with Immersive audio. Once you do so, holy crap is it a game changer. The music is amazing and the battery life is about 10 hours on a single charge. I HUGHLY RECCOMEND the warranty from Sony. The Geeksquad warranty is limited to what the Sony warranty offers at the same price.

Great headphones and cute color! The audio leaks a little but I don’t care because the noise canceling is amazing. And battery life is crazy good, didn’t need to charge mine for a whole week
