The noise cancelling / active listening feature works very well and have been amazing for gaming/listening to music. Very comfortable and highly recommended.

I initially LOVED these headphones! Noise cancellation was perfect, and sound quality was great. Unfortunately, either my smaller than baby like ears are the issue (very possible), or the quality has declined. If they aren’t fully charged (sometimes even when they are), the noise cancellation simply does not work. Bluetooth connectivity is great never any issues there, it’s weird to connect but it’s very straight forward. You cannnot take phone calls with this - so don’t even try (not a flaw for me). I love that you can if you have time to have the sound be customized to your ear. Before the issues started it was a 4.5, but today it’s a 3.5 for me.

Got them for my daughter. They are way better than expected. The sound is definitely superb and do cancel out the noise. Super comfortable around the ears

I received this as a Christmas present. It was not the one I had originally picked out for myself. I believe this Sony set was on sale and had good ratings so my husband purchased it. I work in a noisy environment but also need to be able to hear coworkers. Took these to work and they work great. I can click a button and listen to music or my book and click the button again and hear my coworkers very well. Very happy with this purchase.

I haven’t owned a lot of headphones in my life so I don’t have a lot to compare these to, but I really enjoy these. I think they’re very comfortable to wear and I think the sound quality is great. I had a little bit of trouble getting them connected to more than one device, but I was able to figure it out. I mostly use them connected to my phone to listen to music and I haven’t had any issues with them disconnecting even when walking a little bit away from my phone. I would definitely recommend these.

These are very nice headphones, I just have some personal grievances that prevent a 5 star rating from me, would give a 4.5 if I could. I like that there is both a noise canceling and ambient sound modes. The mic quality is very good and use it often for work calls and meetings. The cups are a bit shallow so I have to adjust them from time to time, other than that I find them comfortable to wear for long hours (for work and gaming). I personally didn't like the fact that I had to download an app to use the headphones but do understand the function of the app and how its used to better the experience of the user.

I bought these headphones specifically because I was traveling to Japan, 10 hour flight. I knew I needed some headphones with noise cancelling, but I did not want to spend a lot of money and these were the right price. They worked great in the plane, fell asleep with them on listening to music. Connected just fine with the in plane entertainment too. Now I use them at home when I don’t want to hear anything else. For the price the headphones did the work.

I bought these headphones for my kids, and they are very happy with them. The sound quality is clear and balanced, and the noise canceling works well for studying, watching videos, and travel. The headphones are good; it has great sound quality with both Bluetooth and the included cable, and it is comfortable to wear as well.

I'm a musician, so I have a special appreciation for sound. These are great for the price. I ended up returnng them for the newest Bose BT Headphones which are an expensive step up and back to Bose which I've just grown to love over the years. Also, these are comfortable, but I work and wear my headphones 12-16 hours a day, so paying a premium price for a premium higher-end level of comfort is more a necessity for me versus a pair like these Sony's that would be completely fine for casual use. Very nice looking.

Really comfortable. The sound is great. They block outside sound. Only complaint is I wish they came with a case.

This is an amazing product. Lower cost, great sound, great features with allowing sounds around you with clicking a button. Battery life is great as well.

Great sound quality and comfortable to wear. The noise cancelling feature is essential for me and works well. It charges within 3 hours or less and a full charge will last for 35+ hours. It has a charging light that turns off when done and a USC connector for faster charging. Sony includes a lot of personalized options through the app that expands your listening experience. I'm very satisfied with these headphones.

Got tired of earbuds getting lost and constantly broken, so I decided to switch to a headset. Sony is a known brand to me, so they were my go to. Even though this is the base model, they are still fantastic compared to what I was using. Amazing battery life, crisp sound, noise cancelling that filters out ambience but still lets me have a conversation without taking them off, this headset is well worth the money.

I absolutely love these headphones. Purchased them last minute for a flight, and they were incredible at blocking out the airplane noise that occurs during takeoff and landing. The sound quality is perfection and they are so much more comfortable than my husband’s more expensive headset. I will always reach for these. Love love love
