I was under the assumption that these headphones would connect easily with the airline's WiFi. This did not turn out to be true, and it wasn't easy to get them to pair with the wifi for this airline.

When Im on conference call people cannot hear me speak clearly. I did not come with a warranty (that I could find). So I cannot exchange for another
